Company Introduction 公司前身系成都普瑞眼科医院有限责任公司（以下简称成都普瑞有限公司），成都普瑞有限公司系由自然人徐旭阳和广州鑫视康医疗器械有限公司共同出资组建，于2006年3月23日在成都市工商行政管理局登记注册，取得注册号为510106000289420的企业法人营业执照，成立时注册资本1,000万元。成都普瑞有限公司以2016年7月31日为基准日，整体变更为股份有限公司，于2016年11月15日在成都市工商行政管理局登记注册，总部位于四川省成都市。公司现持有统一社会信用代码为91510106785430077J营业执照，注册资本11,221.4286万元，股份总数11,221.4286万股（每股面值1元）。 公司是一家集门诊、临床、医疗和医疗技术开发为一体的专业连锁眼科医疗机构，主营业务为向眼科疾病患者提供专业的眼科医疗服务。公司的产品或服务主要包括屈光项目、白内障项目、医学视光项目和综合眼病项目，具体包含了屈光手术、医学验光配镜、白内障、青光眼、斜弱视与小儿眼病、眼底病、眼整形及泪道、角膜病等眼科全科诊疗项目。公司采取“直营连锁”的经营模式，通过下属各连锁医院为眼病患者提供眼科医疗服务。公司自设立之日起，主要通过在直辖市、省会城市等重点城市进行医院布局，进而辐射周边。公司已在全国多个直辖市和省会城市共拥有23家专业眼科医院、3家眼科门诊部。除此之外，公司还拥有专业眼病研究所，为公司开展眼科医疗服务提供技术支持。从连锁医院布局城市数量来看，发行人已在全国20个城市进行业务布局，拥有眼科领域的医疗服务人员超过1,000人，在同行业竞争者中处于相对优势地位。
