Company Introduction 湖南华升股份有限公司（以下简称“华升股份”）是由兴湘集团直接控股的子公司(持股比例40.31%)，1998年5月在A股主板上市，股票代码：600156，是湖南省内唯一从事纺织服饰生产行业的国有控股上市公司。 公司本部位于长沙市天心区芙蓉中路三段420号华升大厦，旗下共有湖南华升工贸有限公司、湖南华升服饰股份有限公司、湖南株洲雪松有限公司、湖南华升纺织科技有限公司、湖南华升金爽健康科技有限公司、湖南华升洞庭麻业有限公司等6家子公司。其中，4户被评为高新技术企业，3户被评为湖南省专精特新中小企业。 华升股份主营业务范围为苎麻纺织、印染及服装服饰销售和外贸业务。是国家苎麻产品开发基地、中国麻纺织行业协会副会长单位、国家标准制定参与单位以及湖南省农业产业化龙头企业。 华升股份的经营宗旨是:聚焦主责主业，通过品牌运作、产品营销和资本运营，推动公司高质量发展，实现资产保值增值。
