Company Introduction 漳州片仔癀药业股份有限公司是以医药制造为主业的中华老字号企业，由成立于1956年的漳州制药厂在1999年改制创立，于2003年在上交所上市，现股本6.03亿。公司位于漳州市高新区，（本部）占地114.88亩，拥有49家控股子公司、8家参股公司，员工约2800人，在全国多个省、直辖市建立生产和药材基地。 公司常年生产片仔癀、安宫牛黄丸、复方片仔癀含片、茵胆平肝胶囊等20多种中成药，核心产品片仔癀是国家一级中药保护品种，其传统制作技艺入选国家非物质文化遗产名录，连续多年居中国中成药单品种出口前列，被誉为“海上丝绸之路”上的“中国符号”。 公司拥有国家企业技术中心、院士专家工作站、博士后科研工作站、省级工程研究中心、省级企业重点实验室、省级工程技术研究中心等多个企业核心自主研发平台，检测中心通过中国合格评定国家认可委员会（CNAS）认可。 公司荣获国家技术创新示范企业、国家知识产权示范企业、中华老字号企业、全国慈善会爱心企业以及全国和谐劳动关系创建示范企业等殊荣，还摘得了国务院国资委“创建世界一流专业领军示范企业”、国务院国资委“双百企业”“全国科技系统抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进集体”“国家级绿色工厂”、（第六届）福建省政府质量奖、福建省制造业领航企业等桂冠。公司资产回报率（ROA）等财务指标位居医药行业前列。公司股票先后进入到明晟（MSCI）指数、富时罗素（FTSERussell）指数和标普道琼斯(S&PEmergingBMI)指数三大国际指数体系，以及国内的中证50、上证180、沪深300等多个指数体系。片仔癀品牌2020-2025年居“胡润品牌榜中国医疗健康品牌价值榜”榜首、2022-2024年居“胡润中国最具历史文化底蕴品牌榜”榜首，2021-2023年入选福布斯“全球企业2000强”、2022-2023年入选Interbrand“中国最佳品牌50强”，2023-2024年位列BrandFinance“中国最具价值医药品牌榜单”前10名、“中国最具价值中医药品牌榜单”前5名，2024年入选GYBrand全球品牌“中国最具价值品牌500强”，2025年以品牌价值437.39亿元蝉联“中华老字号”品牌第一位，品牌价值逐年攀升。 2024年度，公司实现合并营业收入107.88亿元，比增7.25%，实现利润总额35.39亿元，比增5.04%，其中，净利润29.96亿，比增5.06%。
