Company Introduction 中国船舶重工集团动力股份有限公司（简称中国动力，CSICP）是中国船舶集团有限公司旗下动力装备上市公司，主营业务涵盖燃气动力、蒸汽动力、化学动力、全电动力、柴油机动力、热气机动力、核动力设备等七大动力及相关辅机配套。中国动力现拥有二级子公司15家，总资产620.06亿元，员工2.2万人。 中国动力作为我国船舶动力系统科研生产的核心力量，承担着船舶动力系统的科研、设计、生产、试验、保障等任务；通过多年的技术积累和自主创新，基本实现了动力核心装备的自主可控，建立了国内顶尖的动力装备研制生产体系，在国内船舶动力系统研发设计、集成制造、设备配套、保障服务等领域均居龙头地位。 中国动力紧跟国家改革步伐，按照“建设世界一流动力装备企业”的发展战略方向，积极推进内部资源优化整合，加大外部市场拓展力度。目前，公司以化学动力、燃气动力、全电动力、柴油机动力四大动力为代表，形成了公司产业发展新的支柱。 中国动力充分借助资本市场的资源优势，遵循“产融一体”的发展理念，创新资本运作方法，在优化资本结构、推动业务整合和布局尖端产业等方面稳步推进。自2015年资产重组成功以来，秉承“专业、高效、为客户创造价值”为原则，通过统筹业务布局、强化自主研发创新能力、加强产学研合作、精简管理层级等举措，对内部所属七大动力板块进行二次梳理整合，不断提升动力业务综合竞争力。
