| Company Introduction | 河南豫光金铅股份有限公司是河南豫光金铅集团有限责任公司控股子公司。河南豫光金铅集团有限责任公司始建于1957年,是地方国有企业，中国有色金属行业大型骨干企业，公司连续多年跻身“中国企业500强”“中国制造业500强”“财富中国500强”行列，位居河南省工业企业第7位。 河南豫光金铅股份有限公司2002年在上海证券交易所上市，是我国大型铅冶炼企业、白银、再生铅生产基地。公司是国家第一批循环经济试点单位，全国废旧金属再生利用领域试点企业、首批清洁生产化示范企业、第一批通过铅准入和再生铅准入的企业、首批河南城市矿产示范试点单位。 公司铅锭、白银、再生铅等多种主要产品生产规模位居行业领先地位，YUGUANG商标获中国驰名商标，公司主导产品“豫光”牌铅锭、银锭、阴极铜分别在伦敦金属交易所（LME）、伦敦贵金属市场协会（LBMA）和上海期货交易所注册成功。 公司工艺技术和装备水平国际国内领先，先后建立了省级工程研究中心、“一院多所”等多个科研机构，持续与国内多所科研院校开展深度合作，形成了一批国际领先拥有自主知识产权的核心技术，持续引领铅冶炼行业发展。近年来，公司先后主持和参与了60余项国家、行业及团体标准的制修订工作，承担和参与了国家重点研发计划“固废资源化”项目等多项国家课题研究，拥有科技成果200余项，获得授权专利220余项，2项科技成果获“国家科技进步二等奖”。 豫光环保治理水平行业先进。公司通过自主研发、自主创新先后实现了中国铅冶炼的工艺从烧结锅、烧结机、富氧底吹到液态高铅渣直接还原技术到大型绿色智能集成创新技术的五次革命性升级，使硫的总利用率达到98%左右，显著提升了中国铅冶炼工业技术装备水平，使中国铅冶炼工艺装备、绿色环保冶炼在近20年来始终保持国际领先水平。公司目前采用的液态高铅渣直接还原炼铅新工艺是国际国内铅冶炼行业领先的生产工艺。 公司各项指标明显优于行业平均水平，被工信部列为有色金属行业能效标杆企业，将豫光铅冶炼综合能耗指标列为有色金属行业能效标杆指标。2020年，公司顺利取得能源管理体系认证证书，成为铅冶炼行业唯一一家全冶炼段入选国家能效“领跑者”企业。公司先后荣获“十三五节能减排先进单位”“省环保信用诚信单位”，被评为“绿色环保引领企业”“河南省危险废物处理处置行业绿色发展评价先进单位”。 公司始终坚持以重点项目建设加快推动高质量发展，2014年，公司投资20亿元建设的冶炼渣处理技术改造项目顺利投产，结束了河南省没有铜冶炼的历史，刷新了世界铜冶炼的历史，使公司形成了冶炼优势充分互补、资源综合利用的良好发展格局。2018年，公司再次投资20亿元开工建设了资源循环利用及高效清洁生产技改项目。项目首创再生铅和原生铅相结合的资源高效循环生产模式，可实现节能30%，减排50%，劳动效率提高50%，对于推动豫光工艺装备高端化、智能化、绿色化，使公司冶炼工艺水平、技术指标、关键装备达到国际一流水平，进一步提高资源综合利用水平，筑牢公司在行业的领先地位，带动济源千亿级有色产业集群建设，推动项目环保水平达到行业最高标准，树立有色冶炼行业标杆具有重要意义。 公司坚持做大做强外贸进出口业务，多次受到郑州海关、省商务厅等部门表彰，先后获得“河南省加工贸易出口工作先进企业”“河南省进出口创汇先进企业”“河南进出口工作先进企业”“河南省进出口重点企业”“河南省进出口状元企业”“河南省进口状元企业”等多项殊荣。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
