| Company Introduction | 受国际大宗商品市场剧烈波动以及全球地域性政治不确定等不利因素影响，国内外经济下行压力持续。近三年来公司化工材料业务均为亏损状态，生产经营面临上游原材料成本增加、下游需求收缩、供给冲击等多重压力与挑战，对公司的整体经营发展造成了较大拖累，公司多方寻求解决方案但未取得实质性成效，为优化产业结构，提高经营运行效率，综合考虑公司未来产业发展规划及该业务目前实际运营情况，经公司第九届董事会第八次（临时）会议和第九届监事会第七次（临时）会议，审议通过了《关于关停公司化工材料业务的议案》，2022年10月28日公司正式关停化工材料业务，并对该业务涉及的相关资产进行处置。公司由化工材料和互联网数据服务的双主营模式变更为互联网数据服务单一主营模式。 公司取得国家工业和信息化部颁发的《中华人民共和国增值电信业务经营许可证》，互联网数据中心业务成为主要发展方向，并投入资金、人力、技术等各项资源，多措并举助力互联网综合服务板块发展。作为互联网数据业务的“先行者”，公司坚守国家“宽带中国”战略，积极发展“新基建”，时刻对标中央决策部署，坚持以云计算行动破题，为国家“东数西算”奠定良好开端。未来，公司将围绕全国一体化大数据中心体系进行布局，持续加大人工智能、大数据、物联网等多个垂直领域的产品技术研发和互联网基础设施投入，在重点算力枢纽节点投建运营融合智能算力中心，以“新技术”“新战略”打造“东数西算”算力高地，形成高效智能、绿色集约、安全可控的数据中心一体化发展格局，全面助力国家数字经济和云计算产业高质量发展。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
