Company Introduction 浙江尖峰集团股份有限公司前身为创建于1958年的金华水泥厂，1988年进行股份制改造，1993年在上海证券交易所上市，成为中国水泥行业第一家上市公司，股票代码600668。 尖峰集团以水泥起家，在60余年的发展历程中，不断进行内涵提升和外延扩张，先后涉足多个行业，最终形成目前以水泥和医药为主，以健康品、商贸物流等辅，“双轮驱动、两翼并举、优势互补”的多元经营格局。2015年，尖峰集团被列入浙江省第二批“三名”培育试点企业；2016年获得浙江省工业大奖银奖；2019年获得上证上市公司“金质量-持续成长奖”。“尖峰”商标被国家市场监督管理局认定为“驰名商标”。 尖峰水泥板块，子公司湖北大冶尖峰水泥公司名列中国建材企业500强，并成为全国水泥主导企业品牌。子公司云南尖峰水泥公司是普洱市龙头企业。“尖峰”牌水泥被评为浙江省、湖北省、云南省的名牌产品。子公司贵州黄平尖峰水泥公司已于2020年内建成投产。 尖峰药业板块，浙江尖峰药业有限公司是全国医药百强企业、浙江省医药工业十强企业、国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业，拥有一个浙江省级院士专家工作站、四个国家级博士后流动站、一个省级新药研发中心，并与国内相关科研院所、高校广泛合作，共同搭建医药研发平台。 健康品产业，浙江尖峰健康科技有限公司成立于2012年，目前已形成保健品、健康食品、中药饮片、天然植物提取物等产品线，以“舒尼美”“仁寿堂”为品牌的葡萄多酚软胶囊、破壁灵芝孢子粉、骨泰胶囊等产品已经引起较好的市场反响。 商贸物流产业，浙江尖峰供应链有限公司成立于2002年，主营仓储（期货交割仓库资质）、运输（网络货运平台资质）、电商物流园区和国际贸易（自营进出口经营权资质）等业务。公司是中国物流与采购联合会常务理事单位，综合服务型物流企业AAA级，为大连、郑州、广州商品交易的期货指定交割仓库。公司拥有仓储面积15万平方米，是金华地区最大的仓储物流基地之一；运输配业务于2019年获得浙江省无车承运人试点企业，2020年获得网络货运平台资质；电商物流园区有安能、优速、壹米滴答等多家快运龙头企业进驻，日均进出物流车辆1100余辆。 当前，尖峰集团按照“合作创新强主业；规范科学求发展”的总体战略，将进一步完善现代企业制度，积极构筑人才高地，努力加快发展，力争把企业建设成为双主营业务经营架构、业绩互补、增长性优良、具有较强核心竞争力的综合型现代企业集团。
