Company Introduction 中信建投证券成立于2005年11月2日，是经中国证监会批准设立的全国性大型综合证券公司。公司注册于北京，注册资本77.57亿元，主要股东有北京金融控股集团有限公司、中央汇金投资有限责任公司与中国中信集团有限公司，均为拥有雄厚资本实力、丰富资本运作经验与较高社会知名度的大型企业。公司在全国30个省、自治区和直辖市设有300余家证券分支机构，并设有中信建投期货有限公司、中信建投资本管理有限公司、中信建投（国际）金融控股有限公司、中信建投基金管理有限公司和中信建投投资有限公司等5家全资子公司。 2016年12月9日，中信建投证券在香港联交所上市，股票代码6066.HK；2018年6月20日，公司在上海证券交易所主板上市，股票代码601066.SH。中信建投证券在为政府、企业、机构和个人投资者提供优质专业的金融服务过程中建立了良好的声誉，是国内证券行业首批6家并表监管试点企业之一，也是首批监管白名单企业之一。 中信建投证券的主要业务范围包括：证券承销与保荐、证券经纪、与证券交易和证券投资活动有关的财务顾问、证券投资咨询、证券自营、证券资产管理、证券投资基金代销、为期货公司提供中间介绍业务、融资融券业务、代销金融产品业务、股票期权做市业务、证券投资基金托管业务、上市证券做市交易业务、销售贵金属制品以及有关监管机构批准的其它业务。 自成立以来，中信建投证券各项业务快速发展，在企业融资、收购兼并、证券经纪、证券金融、固定收益、资产管理、股票及衍生品交易等领域形成了自身特色和核心业务优势，并搭建了研究咨询、信息技术、运营管理、风险管理、合规管理等专业高效的业务支持体系。公司拥有均衡全能且行业领先的投资银行业务、产品谱系丰富和买方投顾能力持续提升的财富管理业务、专业综合的交易和机构客户服务能力，以及增长迅速且潜力巨大的“大资管”业务。目前公司正在深入推进子公司一体化管理，确保公司资源效能最大化、客户服务综合化、业务发展规模化。凭借高度的敬业精神与突出的专业能力，中信建投证券主要经营指标目前均位居行业前列。
