Company Introduction 浙江镇洋发展股份有限公司位于国家级石化产业园区——宁波石化经济技术开发区内,为浙江省交通投资集团控股子公司。公司前身为浙江善高化学有限公司,2004年注册成立宁波镇洋化工发展有限公司;2019年7月完成混合所有制改革;2019年11月完成股份制改造,正式更名为浙江镇洋发展股份有限公司;2020年9月23日向证监会提交IPO项目申报材料并于9月25日获得正式受理;2021年11月11日在上海证券交易所上市挂牌交易。“十三五”期间,公司秉承“规范、尽职、创新、进取”的核心价值理念,靠品质赢得信任,靠敬业树立口碑,现已发展成为一家以氯碱化工为基础,以化工新材料为重点,集生产、经营、研发为一体的在行业内有较大影响力和较强竞争力的现代化工企业。 目前,公司主要产品及规模有:离子膜烧碱(食品级)35万吨/年、液氯30.68万吨/年、高纯盐酸(食品级)6万吨/年、高纯氢气1亿标方、次氯酸钠(涉水级)20万吨/年、甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)2万吨/年、氯化石蜡7万吨/年、环氧氯丙烷4万吨/年等。 公司坚持走低能耗、低排放的绿色发展之路,致力于打造资源节约型、环境友好型企业标杆。2020年烧碱产品综合能耗指标位居全行业第二,先后被国家工信部、中国石油和化工联合会授予2021年度重点用能行业能效“领跑者”、全国“能效领跑者标杆企业”称号。公司有着30多年的研发积淀,建有博士后工作站、宁波市企业工程(技术)中心,拥有发明专利、实用新型专利百余项。近年来,公司先后荣获了宁波市制造业“纳税50强”企业、国家知识产权优势企业、国家级“绿色工厂”、宁波市“六争攻坚、三年攀高”行动先进集体、美丽镇海工作先进集体等重要荣誉。面向“十四五”,公司将坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为引领,以打造“社会尊敬、股东满意、员工自豪的绿色科技化工企业”为使命,继续依托临港优势,积极融入宁波打造万亿级绿色石化产业集群,加大科技创新力度,增强自主创新创造能力,加快数字化转型,聚焦高端化工新材料,胸怀“国之大者”,突破“卡脖子”技术,充分利用资本市场功能,打造具有国际竞争力的绿色科技、高附加值氯、氢产业链,以上市为新起点,努力实现“十四五”高质量跨越式发展,向着创建世界一流企业阔步迈进!
