Company Introduction 大参林医药集团股份有限公司成立于1999年，中国具有影响力的药品零售连锁集团化企业。公司以发展药店连锁为立业之本，经过多年耕耘，公司直营业务范围覆盖广东、广西、江西、河南、河北、福建、浙江、江苏、陕西、黑龙江、湖北、四川、海南、山东、重庆、辽宁、新疆、山西、安徽等19个省份(自治区及直辖市)。2017年7月31日，大参林正式在上海证券交易所主板上市(股票代码:603233)，当日即成为医药零售行业市值第一股。行业地位上，大参林连续多年评选为“中国连锁药店销售额第2名企业”、“中国服务业企业500强”、“中国连锁药店综合实力百强企业”、“广东省百强民营企业”以及“广州市优秀企业”等荣誉。截止到2022年底，全国A股上市4976家公司中，市值排名第361位。 截止至2023年9月30日，大参林医药集团2023年前三季度实现含税营业收入约190.24亿元。门店数量12993家，业务规模在全国医药零售行业保持领先的优势地位。目前全集团员工超50000名，其中药学专业技术人员近20000人。大参林现已实现在规模化、数字化、供应链、专业化服务、自有配送体系、品牌、人才等方面的核心竞争优势。 目前，全集团员工超50000名，其中药学专业技术人员近20000人。大参林积极拓展院边店、DTP、门慢门特等专业化的药房，专业的服务队伍为顾客提供处方审核、健康检测、咨询指导、用药提醒、患者用药教育等专业化药事服务。 规模化优势:长期以来，公司以发展药店连锁为立业之本，经过多年耕耘，坚持“深耕华南，布局全国”的核心发展战略，已实现覆盖全国19个省份(自治区及直辖市)，业务规模在全国医药零售行业保持领先的优势地位。 数字化赋能运营及精细化管理:公司始终将数字化战略贯穿各业务链条，现已实现“员工在线、产品在线、客户在线、管理在线”四个数字化建设，结合各部门业务发展需求和业务场景升级，建设了一整套推动企业内部高效运作的管理系统，为门店可持续扩张和高效管理赋能。结合现有的ERP系统，孵化出了一系列移动化智能运营产品，涵盖数据分析、销售管理、门店进销存管理、GSP管理、店务管理、人员培训、门店拓展等业务，成功实现了门店运营的标准化、数字化、智能化。 专业化的服务能力:公司立足专业药学服务的基础上，成立慢病管理团队，深度调研患者需求，建立以患者为中心的全生命周期的慢病管理体系，从专业服务入手提升患者依从性，同时创办慢病会员福利体系，由慢病管理专员为慢病人群提供慢病健康档案、检测、安全用药信息、用药指导与跟踪、并发症管理等服务。截止到2023年9月30日，慢病服务人员1200余人，慢病服务网点1500家，慢病管理病种达到20种。 强大的供应链竞争力:公司制定严格的供应商管理体系，经过长期合作与评估，淘汰不合格供应商，供应链持续优化，目前与超1万家国内外优质供应商保持长期稳定的合作关系，总SKU超过10万个。自有物流高占比配送:建立“中央仓+省仓+地区仓”为主的物流仓网体系，全国共有32个仓库，仓储总面积超31万m，辐射所有经营的门店，实现从药品采购、入库、储存、出库、配送的全流程可追溯管理，利用可视化信息系统，进一步降低配送成本，提供门店订单相应效率。通过自主研发及合作的方式，硬件和软件结合，从传统物流迭代至数智化物流。仓库总发货满足率达99%，发货差错率低于0.008%。同时物流中心管控制度以药品安全为核心，严格执行GSP相关要求，建立从预案、培训、检查、通报、考核等多个方面标准化监管体系，有效地降低了运营风险。 建立全渠道运营体系:新零售通过赋能线下门店零售、打造O20送药业务、深耕B2C传统电商，构建全渠道运营体系，为超千万全渠道用户提供商品销售及药学服务。 延伸工业生产研发:大参林积极扩大业务版图，从药品零售延伸到上游的药品生产与研发，创立东紫云轩、可可康等自有品牌，建立多个医药工业创新制造基地。 作为连锁药店龙头企业，大参林以“满腔热情为人类健康服务”作为企业的使命，秉承“以尽可能低的价格提供绝对合格之商品，并尽最大限度满足顾客需求”的经营理念和“我们是演员，顾客是评 委”的服务理念，并铸就了鲜明的企业品格——以推动行业发展为己任，积极承载社会责任。
