Company Introduction 江苏日盈电子股份有限公司成立于1998年，总部设在江苏省常州市，拥有江苏常州、广东江门、吉林长春三大制造基地，四个生产工厂，总占地面积近8.6万平方米，员工总数1200余人。公司于2017年6月27日在上海证券交易所主板成功上市，股票代码603286。2019年8月2日，公司成功收购常州市惠昌传感器有限公司90%的股份，成为其控股股东。2020年3月20日，公司成功收购德国EMS?GmbH和MST?GmbH公司各49%股权，成为其参股股东。2020年3月25日，公司成功收购长春众鼎科技有限公司27.27%股权，成为其参股股东。 公司为国内领先的汽车零部件优质供应商，具有自主研发能力及生产制造能力，近年来通过不断研发创新、产品升级，逐步形成以“感知-传输-控制-执行”为核心的系列产品。其中，感知类产品有各类传感器，传输类产品有车用线束，控制类产品有天窗控制器，执行类产品有洗涤系统等产品，另外还有精密注塑产品。公司目前已成为一汽大众、上汽大众、上汽通用、北京奔驰、奥迪、沃尔沃、一汽集团、上海汽车、广州汽车、吉利、北京汽车、北京长安、一汽丰田、广汽丰田、比亚迪、蔚来、北京现代等的配套供应商，同时公司还在不断开拓新的客户，力争做到国内外汽车头部客户全覆盖。公司全面进入一汽大众电子材料组，获得参与多款汽车电子件项目资格。
