Company Introduction 江苏日盈电子股份有限公司成立于1998年，总部设在江苏省常州市，拥有江苏常州、广东江门、吉林长春三大制造基地，四个生产工厂，总占地面积近8.6万平方米，员工总数1200余人。公司于2017年6月27日在上海证券交易所主板成功上市，股票代码603286。2019年8月2日，公司成功收购常州市惠昌传感器有限公司90%的股份，成为其控股股东。2020年3月20日，公司成功收购德国EMS?GmbH和MST?GmbH公司各49%股权，成为其参股股东。2020年3月25日，公司成功收购长春众鼎科技有限公司27.27%股权，成为其参股股东。 公司主营洗涤系统、精密注塑、汽车电子、车用线束等四类产品，致力于为全国各大知名主机厂商提供优质的汽车零部件产品。公司目前已成为一汽大众、上汽大众、上汽通用、重庆长安、上海汽车、吉利、北京汽车、北京奔驰、沃尔沃、广州汽车和一汽集团的配套供应商，并已通过一汽丰田、广汽丰田的供应商资质认证，同时公司还在积极开发宝马、特斯拉等国际知名整车厂商。 公司严格执行上市公司的相关管理制度，按照法人治理结构建立现代企业管理制度。现已通过质量管理体系IATF16949、环境管理体系GB/T24001、职业健康管理体系GB/T?28001的认证。公司获得国家高新技术企业、江苏省管理创新优秀企业、知识产权管理体系、两化融合等认证。公司拥有国内外商标17件。
