Company Introduction 四川福蓉科技股份公司成立于2011年，坐落于成都崇州经济开发区，占地面积500亩，员工730人，注册资本67,769万元，下辖福建省福蓉源新材料高端制造有限公司、福建省福蓉源再生资源开发有限公司两个子公司。公司专注于消费电子产品铝制结构件材料的研发、生产及销售，产品应用于智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑以及智能穿戴等终端消费电子产品。公司是四川省企业技术中心，成都市制造业100强，成都市重点新材料企业，成都市院士（专家）创新工作站，西南交大院士（专家）创新工作站，并获得多项国家授权的专利。 公司自成立以来，始终坚持“以质取胜、诚信经营”的经营理念，深耕细作消费电子产品铝制结构件材料市场，掌握了消费电子产品铝制结构（外观）件材料的制备及加工的核心技术优势，并形成了内在组织、外观质量、物理性质、机械性能、加工性能、尺寸精度等方面行业领先的智能制造生产能力，与国内外知名消费电子品牌厂商、代加工厂商均建立了良好的合作关系。公司主要从事消费电子产品铝制结构件材料的研发、生产及销售。 公司主要产品为智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等消费电子产品的铝制结构件材料，产品进一步加工后运用于三星、华为、小米、OPPO、VIVO等多款品牌手机和苹果笔记本电脑等。公司自成立以来始终坚持深耕消费电子产品铝制结构件材料市场，不断进行技术创新和市场开拓，掌握了消费电子产品铝制结构件基础材料的制备技术和加工工艺，并形成了内在组织、外观质量、物理性质、机械性能、加工性能、尺寸精度等方面行业领先的高精度产品规模化生产能力，与多个大型知名消费电子品牌的代工企业建立了良好的合作关系。截至本招股意向书签署之日，公司现己拥有授权专利8项，其中发明专利3项，实用新型专利5项。
