| Company Introduction | 公司是由中马有限整体变更设立，设立时发起人为中马集团与盛桂英等41名自然人。 2007年10月30日，天健会计师事务所对此次整体变更的出资情况出具了浙天会验﹝2007﹞第119号《验资报告》。 2007年12月6日，公司在台州市工商管理局领取了注册号331081100004880的《企业法人营业执照》，注册资本7,680万元。 公司主要从事汽车变速器及车辆齿轮的研发、生产和销售。公司主要产品为汽车变速器、汽车齿轮、摩托车齿轮和农机齿轮，其中，汽车齿轮包括汽车变速器齿轮、汽车转向器齿轮、汽车油泵轴齿轮及汽车发动机齿轮。摩托车齿轮主要为摩托车发动机齿轮，农机齿轮主要为农机变速器齿轮。 公司汽车变速器产品主要搭载于皮卡、SUV、MPV和轻型客车等轻型汽车，所配套的主要企业均为相应领域的知名企业。公司是我国首批进入汽车变速器领域的民营企业之一，适逢民营自主品牌汽车厂的创业期，公司同整车生产企业共同研究开发、共同成长、共同发展，成为相互依赖的战略伙伴。公司汽车变速器客户包括长城汽车、北汽福田、东风柳汽、厦门金龙、中兴汽车等，公司同大部分客户都有多年合作关系。 公司的企业技术中心下辖开发部和技术部，分别从事汽车变速器和车辆齿轮的研究开发和试制工作。公司车辆齿轮研发团队中的部分专家和直接参与生产的部分专家有20年以上的车辆齿轮研发和生产经验，其车辆齿轮工艺设计能力、生产管理能力、品质管理能力均已达到行业先进水平；公司汽车变速器研发团队亦由多名具有20年以上行业经验的行业专家组成，其强大的汽车变速器同步开发能力，结合公司先进的齿轮加工技术，保证了公司变速器总成开发周期具有一定竞争力。公司系浙江省科学技术厅、浙江省财政厅、浙江省国家税务局和浙江省地方税务局认定的高新技术企业。2013年10月，公司技术中心被认定为省级企业技术中心。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
