Company Introduction 2012年6月29日，志邦有限全体股东签订了《志邦厨柜股份有限公司发起人协议书》，一致同意整体变更设立股份有限公司。同日，经志邦有限股东会决议，将志邦有限整体变更为股份有限公司。2012年7月18日，合肥市工商行政管理局颁发企业法人营业执照，注册号为340100000102328。 公司自成立以来，一直从事整体厨柜业务，在整体厨柜领域保持行业领先地位，具有较高的知名度与影响力。公司志邦商标被认定为“中国驰名商标”；公司志邦品牌先后获得“中国厨卫百强-橱柜领军企业10强”、“中国橱柜十大品牌”、“中国家居产业领军品牌”等称号。在整体厨柜形成一定市场规模后，公司凭借在定制家具行业较高的品牌知名度、强大的营销网络建设能力和丰富的定制化产品生产经验，2015年开展定制衣柜业务，培育公司新的利润增长点。 经过多年发展，公司产品先后获得“中国橱柜绿色环保产品”、“中国环保产品认证证书”、“中国优秀工业设计奖”、“中国橱柜行业时尚设计金奖”、“中国橱柜行业产品原创设计金奖”等奖项。公司拥有“博士后科研工作站”、“省认定企业技术中心”、“安徽省工业设计中心”，是整体厨柜行业《家用厨房设备》国家标准起草单位之一。公司实验检测室获得“中国合格评定国家认可委员会实验室认可证书”。公司为中国建筑装饰协会厨卫工程委员会会长单位、全国工商联家具装饰业商会橱柜专业委员会执行会长单位。
