Company Introduction 公司前身为三孚有限，成立于2006年10月20日，注册资本为人民币1,000万元。2011年8月28日，三孚有限经股东会审议同意，以截至2011年6月30日经审计的净资产22,138.04万元，扣除专项储备418.19万元后，按1：0.5185的比例折为股本共计11,261万股，整体变更为股份有限公司，即三孚股份。 公司围绕循环经济的发展模式，在报告期内主要从事三氯氢硅及氢氧化钾等精细化工产品的研发、生产和销售。通过三氯氢硅与氢氧化钾生产过程中产生的副产品的循环利用，逐步形成了以上述精细化工产品为主线的产业链。 三氯氢硅的主要用途为制造多晶硅及硅烷偶联剂，其中多晶硅的应用领域为太阳能电池、半导体材料、金属陶瓷材料、光导纤维；硅烷偶联剂的应用领域为表面处理、密封塑料、密封剂、粘接剂和涂料的增粘剂等。三氯氢硅属于市场化程度较高，竞争较为充分的行业，公司是国内较大的三氯氢硅生产厂家之一。
