公司前身泉州舒华有限，系由香港华虹贸易于1996年投资设立。1996年9月20日，泉州市鲤城区对外经济贸易委员会出具《关于同意创立独资企业“泉州舒华健身器材用品有限公司”项目章程的批复》（泉鲤经贸[1996]608号），同意香港华虹贸易投资创办外商独资企业“泉州舒华健身器材用品有限公司”；1999年7月28日，中华人民共和国工商行政管理局向福建舒华有限换发了新的《企业法人营业执照》，泉州舒华有限名称变更为“福建省舒华体育用品有限公司”，注册资本变更为800万港元。2009年6月23日，福建舒华有限董事会作出决议，同意香港舒华实业以货币增资600万港元，公司注册资本由5,200万港元增加至5,800万港元；公司名称变更为“舒华（中国）有限公司”；2013年6月1日，舒华有限召开股东会通过决议，以2012年12月31日为审计基准日整体变更设立股份有限公司。2013年6月27日，泉州市工商行政管理局向舒华股份核发了《营业执照》。2017年12月27日，舒华股份召开2017年第三次临时股东大会，同意公司名称由舒华股份有限公司变更为舒华体育股份有限公司，并就上述名称变更修改了公司章程。2018年2月5日起，公司在全国中小企业股份转让系统证券简称由“舒华股份”变更为“舒华体育”。公司系专业、科学的运动健康解决方案供应商。公司主营业务为健身器材和展示架产品的研发、生产和销售，其中健身器材包括室内健身器材、室外路径产品。目前，公司已形成了完整的健身器材与展示架产品的业务体系，并已在福建晋江、泉州台商投资区及河南商丘设立生产基地，业务范围覆盖全国。公司室内健身器材主要面向个人消费者及企事业单位客户进行销售，室外路径产品主要用于政府“全民健身路径工程”及企事业单位体育设施建设等项目；展架类产品的主要客户为阿迪达斯、安踏体育、特步等国内外知名品牌企业。 2007年，“舒华SHUA”品牌被国家工商总局认定为“中国驰名商标”。2017年，公司被国家体育总局认定为“国家体育产业示范单位”。2017至2019年，公司连续三年入围中国轻工业联合会评选的“中国轻工业健身器材行业十强企业”。2014至2018年，舒华健身器材连续与三届奥运会结缘，先后入驻索契冬奥会、里约奥运会及平昌冬奥会“中国之家”成为奥运会体育器材供应商。截至2020年6月末，公司在全国范围内共发展了226家经销商从事健身器材销售，具备完整的经销网络和售后服务体系。
