Company Introduction 1994年6月25日，东方有限签署《关于成立深圳市东鹏饮料实业公司的通知》（深东企[94]13号），同意将非法人企业深圳市东方有限公司东鹏饮料厂变更为具有独立法人资格的东鹏实业。1994年6月28日，东方有限签署东鹏实业《公司章程》，东鹏实业注册资金为1,652.00万元，性质为全民所有制企业，为东方有限的全资子公司。1994年6月30日，深圳市工商行政管理局核准东鹏实业的工商设立登记。2003年10月，东鹏实业完成全民所有制企业改制，东鹏有限成立。2018年1月15日，东鹏有限股东会作出决议，一致同意通过《公司整体变更设立股份公司方案》的议案，同意以截至2017年10月31日经审计的账面净资产作为出资，将东鹏有限整体变更为股份有限公司，整体变更后总股本35,000.00万股。东鹏有限全体股东作为发起人，以各自在东鹏有限中的权益所对应的净资产认购东鹏饮料的股份。2018年3月15日，深圳市市场监督管理局核发了东鹏有限变更为股份有限公司的《营业执照》。 公司主营业务为饮料的研发、生产和销售，主要产品包括东鹏特饮、由柑柠檬茶、陈皮特饮、包装饮用水等，其中东鹏特饮是公司的主导产品。公司作为能量饮料的先行者之一，致力于推动能量饮料的发展，经过多年努力，成功塑造了广大消费者熟知的品牌“东鹏特饮”，“年轻就要醒着拼”的品牌主张深入人心。目前，东鹏特饮在我国能量饮料市场占有率排名第二。 公司精耕饮料市场，是“新零售”的探索者和践行者。公司以互联网为依托，运用大数据、二维码等技术，对产品生产、营销和渠道管理进行升级改造，逐步实现精细化管理和精准营销。目前，公司已形成广东、安徽、广西等辐射全国主要地区的生产基地，共有1,000余家经销商，销售网络覆盖全国约120万家终端门店。
