Company Introduction 公司前身是迈威（上海）生物科技有限公司，是一家于2017年5月12日在中华人民共和国上海市注册成立的有限责任公司。于2020年6月21日，根据迈威（上海）生物科技有限公司股东会、董事会决议，迈威（上海）生物科技有限公司全体股东作为发起人以净资产折股的方式将有限责任公司整体变更为股份有限公司。于2020年6月30日，本公司完成了工商变更登记，更名为迈威（上海）生物科技股份有限公司，注册资本为人民币299,700,000.00元，统一社会信用代码为：91310115MA1K3Q5R7K。本公司办公总部位于中国（上海）自由贸易试验区蔡伦路230号2幢105室。 公司是一家创新型生物制药企业，主营业务为治疗用生物制品的研发、生产与销售，主要产品为抗体药物。发行人坚持以快速跟进和同类首创为主，以临床亟需的生物类似药为辅的研发及商业化策略。在产品管线构建、平台技术差异化、适应症选择等方面持续创新，同时在技术优势领域进行基础研究及其转化。发行人根据主营业务特征，设立了创新发现部（负责新品种立项和部分早期项目的发现工作）、药理部（负责临床前研究的药理药效等工作的组织和开展）、新药研发部（承担部分进入临床前研究的药学开发工作）和临床医学部（负责在研品种的临床试验组织、管理和实施）等业务部门开展创新研究和开发，同时利用不同控股子公司所拥有的技术平台优势，独立或内部合作开展药物发现和开发，从而形成完整的以基础研究和转化为起点的新药研发及商业化链条。
