Company Introduction 苏州国芯科技股份有限公司（以下简称“国芯科技”或“公司”）是一家聚焦于国产自主可控嵌入式CPU技术研发和产业化应用的芯片设计企业，公司于2022年1月在上海证券交易所科创板上市（股票代码：688262，股票简称：国芯科技）。公司主营业务是为国家重大需求和市场需求领域客户提供IP授权、芯片定制服务和自主芯片及模组产品，主要产品应用于信创和信息安全、汽车电子和工业控制、人工智能和先进计算三大关键领域。 国芯科技自成立以来，始终坚持“国际主流兼容和自主创新发展”相结合的原则，以摩托罗拉授权的“M*Core指令集”、开源的“RISC-V指令集”和“PowerPC指令集”为基础，高起点建立具有自主知识产权的高性能低功耗32位RISC嵌入式CPU技术。历经二十余年的持续研发、创新与沉淀，公司已成功实现基于上述三种指令集的8大系列40余款CPU内核，形成了深厚的嵌入式CPUIP储备；同时，公司基于自主的嵌入式CPU内核和丰富的外围IP建立面向关键领域应用的SoC芯片设计平台，可根据客户的具体需求提供嵌入式CPUIP授权与芯片定制服务。 得益于深厚的积淀，公司在IP授权与芯片定制服务之外，开拓了自主芯片及模组产品，主要包括： 一、信创和信息安全。信创和信息安全领域，国芯科技构建和实现了“云-边-端”系列化自主可控高安全高性能密码芯片体系，已经成为国内领先的自主可控信息安全芯片及模组研发企业。公司在本领域重点发展云安全芯片及模组、端安全芯片及模组、量子安全芯片及模组、RAID存储控制芯片及模组等产品，覆盖云计算、大数据、物联网、智能存储、工业控制和金融电子等关键领域。 二、汽车电子。汽车电子领域，国芯科技已形成较为完整的12条车规级芯片产品线，涵盖汽车域控制芯片、辅助驾驶处理芯片、汽车声学系统DSP芯片、动力总成控制芯片、新能源电池管理芯片、线控底盘芯片、车身和网关控制芯片、车联网安全芯片、仪表及小节点控制芯片、安全气囊芯片、数模混合信号类芯片和智能传感芯片，具备较强的汽车电子芯片研发和产业化能力。目前国芯科技已通过了ISO26262ASILD功能安全产品认证、AEC-Q100可靠性认证、ISO9001质量管理体系认证、ISO26262ASILD功能安全体系认证、国密信息安全产品型号认证、EAL5+信息安全评估等资质认定。 三、人工智能和先进计算。国芯科技在RISC-V架构方面拥有深厚的技术积累，并致力于推动AI技术与RISC-V架构的深度融合，为更多领域人工智能产品落地提供优质方案与服务。 作为国内领先的嵌入式CPU芯片设计上市公司，国芯科技始终坚持以“安全、自主、可控”的价值观为指引。一方面，公司先后攻克了一批在我国国民经济发展和国家安全急需的、难啃的“硬骨头”，在多个方面在国内率先实现了芯片国产化：公司先后承担了“自主知识产权高性能嵌入式CPU的研发及产业化”、“嵌入式存储器IP核开发及应用”、“双界面POS机SoC芯片的研发与产业化”、“车身控制器芯片研发与产业化应用”和“面向自动驾驶的高性能智能处理芯片研发及验证”等5项“核高基”国家科技重大专项，以及国家高技术产业发展项目、国家技术创新项目、工信部工业转型升级项目、江苏省科技成果转化项目等重大科研项目。另一方面，公司产品定位在技术壁垒高、实现难度大的产品，在部分产品性能上达到国际芯片巨头的同等水平，直面与国际芯片巨头竞争，并持续推进国产替代，重点填补国内在汽车电子、高性能计算等领域的空白产品。 公司技术根基深厚，且研发创新实力较强，已获授权专利百余项，拥有二百余项项软件著作权和数十项项集成电路布图设计。历年来，公司荣获国家科学技术进步二等奖、中国电子学会电子信息科学技术一等奖、党政密码科技进步三等奖、江苏省科学技术进步二等奖、江苏省科学技术进步三等奖、天津市科学技术进步三等奖、中国半导体创新技术和产品奖、工信部软件与集成电路促进中心“最佳支撑服务企业奖”等科技奖项。公司为国家集成电路设计服务技术创新联盟理事单位、江苏省集成电路产业技术创新联盟副理事长单位、苏州半导体产业联盟理事长单位和苏州市汽车电子及零部件产业商会常务副会长单位；牵头成立了苏州市自主可控智能汽车电子芯片创新联盟。
