Company Introduction 2002年3月28日，王勇与成都实时技术实业有限公司、李晏、薛爱伦、汪平共同出资组建成都实时数字设备有限公司，注册资本为50万元，出资方式为货币资金和实物资产。2004年3月16日，成都实时数字设备有限公司召开股东会，同意变更名称，由“成都实时数字设备有限公司”变更为“成都智明达数字设备有限公司”。2016年11月19日，智明达有限召开股东会会议，决议同意智明达有限以2016年5月31日为改制基准日，将智明达有限整体变更为股份有限公司。2016年11月28日，智明达有限全体股东王勇、杜柯呈、和子丹、张跃、成都智为、海特基金及达晨睿泽签订了《发起人协议》。2016年12月12日，公司取得成都市工商行政管理局核发的《企业法人营业执照》（统一社会信用代码：915101057377033177），注册资本3,375万元。 公司主要面向军工客户，提供定制化嵌入式计算机模块和解决方案。公司成立以来十分重视嵌入式技术研究工作，致力于研究嵌入式实时操作系统的适配及驱动程序、应用程序开发，结合军工行业用户的特点，在技术路线选择方面采用“硬件定制+软件定制”的方式来实现客户的应用需求。公司先后建立了基于嵌入式处理器+嵌入式实时操作系统、嵌入式处理器+Linux等多种架构的软硬件一体嵌入式技术平台，并在这些平台上为客户提供定制产品和服务。 公司主要产品为应用于军事领域的嵌入式计算机模块，嵌入式计算机模块主要由嵌入式软件以及承载嵌入式软件的硬件组成，其中嵌入式软件主要包括由发行人编写的驱动程序、应用软件以及操作系统。发行人产品采用高性能、低功耗核心处理器，集抗干扰设计、紧凑性设计、可靠性设计、特殊工艺处理等技术为一体，以嵌入式计算机模块的形式嵌入到武器装备系统内部，产品软件运行在产品硬件上，包含驱动程序、操作系统和应用程序，用于完成一种或多种特定任务。这些软件被广泛应用于机载、弹载、车载、舰载等武器装备系统中，完成侦察、通信、对抗、搜索、识别、瞄准、攻击等各类军事任务，提高武器的智能化和作战效能。
