Company Introduction 公司系由极米有限整体变更设立的股份公司，极米有限系由钟波、肖适、钟超、刘帅、廖杨、尹蕾、吕杰、廖传均以现金方式出资设立的有限责任公司。系由极米有限整体变更设立的股份公司，极米有限系由钟波、肖适、钟超、刘帅、廖杨、尹蕾、吕杰、廖传均以现金方式出资设立的有限责任公司。 2019年6月3日，公司召开创立大会暨2019年第一次临时股东大会，审议同意极米有限全体股东作为发起人，以极米有限截至2019年3月31日经审计的账面净资产折股整体变更设立成都极米科技股份有限公司，公司总股本为3,675万股，每股面值1元。2019年6月3日，成都高新技术产业开发区市监局向公司核发了《营业执照》。 公司主营业务是智能投影产品的研发、生产及销售，同时向消费者提供围绕智能投影的配件产品及互联网增值服务。公司专注于智能投影领域，构建了以整机、算法及软件系统为核心的战略发展模式。 整机层面，公司将投影、音响及智能电视相互融合，开创了全新的智能投影产品形态，并推出一系列智能投影产品。经过多年开发积累，目前公司已具备涵盖光机设计、硬件电路设计及结构设计的完整投影产品整机开发能力，同时具备较强的工业设计能力。凭借出色的工业设计与产品体验，公司屡次获得国际权威工业设计大奖。截至本招股说明书签署日，公司共获得31项国际权威奖项，涵盖世界四大工业设计奖项，包括德国红点产品设计奖、德国iF设计奖、日本GoodDesignAward和美国Idea设计奖，并多次获得美国CES创新奖。 算法层面，公司基于出色的算法开发能力，创造性地开发出多项适用于投影设备的智能感知算法和画质优化算法，赋予投影设备多维度的感知能力和出色的画质优化能力，大幅提高了投影产品的易用性和画质表现，多项功能实现行业领先。其中，画面校正领域，公司开发的六向全自动校正技术首次实现除上下左右四向外的倾斜校正，且首次实现无需用户手动介入的移位自动触发校正；画面对焦领域，公司开发的全局无感对焦技术首次实现无需对焦图辅助的自动对焦，热失焦动态补偿技术可实现实时无感热失焦补偿；画面显示领域，公司开发的运动补偿算法首次实现软件自动校正模式亦可开启的全局运动补偿功能。 软件系统层面，公司智能投影产品搭载由公司基于安卓内核自主开发的GMUI软件系统，公司通过GMUI实现对终端用户的触达，从而能够基于智能投影硬件终端及各类互联网应用向终端用户提供丰富的互联网增值服务。
