| Company Introduction | 公司是一家主要从事金属复合材料及制品、特种有色金属合金制品的研发、生产和销售的高新技术企业，业务分为金属复合材料及制品和特种有色金属合金制品板块。主要产品包括金属基复合材料及制品、双金属复合材料及制品、特种铝合金制品和特种铜合金制品等，公司产品广泛应用于航空航天、军工电子、智能终端、家用电器等领域。 公司金属基复合材料及制品业务板块起源于国家复合材料工程中心。该中心创建于1992年，以推动金属复合材料工程化与应用为目标，是国内最早从事金属基复合材料工程技术研究的机构之一。公司经过30余年的积累，拥有国际先进、国内领先的铝基复合材料产业化技术，生产的产品多数属于国内首次应用于航空航天、军工电子、智能终端等国家重点工程和战略新兴行业。率先开发出航空用铝基结构复合材料粉末冶金产业化技术，生产的铝基复合材料航空锻件产品应用于直升机和固定翼飞机等国家重点工程，解决了我国直升机高转速、大载荷工况下关键零部件的轻量化、长寿命等问题和航空飞行器零部件用核心材料的“卡脖子”难题，突破铝基复合材料在航空领域关键重要件的首次应用，实现进口替代，填补了国内空白。技术实现军民协同创新，首次实现铝基复合材料在智能手机结构件上的大规模应用。在铝基功能复合材料方面，成功开发出电子封装硅铝复合材料，系列产品应用于军用电子领域，实现进口替代，成为主要供应商。原创研制出超高导热石墨铝复合材料粉末冶金技术，开发的系列产品应用于军用电子领域，解决航天、航空等电子装备芯片散热难题，填补了国内空白。 在双金属复合材料方面，公司20多年来围绕双金属复合材料先后开发出多项产业化技术和产品，首创开发出热等静压钛铝双金属层状复合材料制备技术，生产的智能手机钛铝中框大规模应用于手机行业龙头客户旗舰手机并成为主要供应商。采用爆炸-轧制复合技术研制出钛铝层状复合薄板，成功应用于国内战斗机，稳定供货十余年。率先在国内开发出热挤压镁包覆钢、铝包覆钢双金属复合制备技术，生产的牺牲阳极制品达到国内领先、国际一流水平，产品稳定供应Rheem、A.O.Smith等国际知名热水器公司。 在特种有色金属合金方面，公司积累了多项特种有色金属合金先进制备加工技术，产品具有显著技术竞争力。在铝合金方面，公司研制出航天器用铝合金槽道热管型材制备技术，产品首次批量应用于航天器热控系统，保证航天器载荷在适宜的温度环境下工作。开发出航空精密铝合金无缝管材，大批量应用于我国战斗机燃油和环控系统，解决了质量稳定性问题，成为主要供应商。突破大规格细晶铝合金铸锭电磁搅拌半连铸技术，解决了传统铸锭晶粒粗大和缺陷控制难题，产品在导弹、战斗机等航空航天领域得到批量应用。在铜合金方面，公司在国内首创高镍白铜、锰铜等特种铜合金材料水平连铸高效短流程制备技术，白铜线材主要用于眼镜、乐器等行业，主要客户覆盖全球龙头镜架制造商依视路陆逊梯卡集团下属子公司，锰铜产品在智能电表领域市场占有率居于第一梯队，在新能源汽车和光伏储能等行业也有广泛应用。此外，公司突破大直径薄壁镍基合金管材制备技术，通过强力旋压工艺制备长度2-3米、直径220~400mm、壁厚0.4mm的电机定子屏蔽无缝管材，为国内核工业设备主机厂唯一供应商，产品满足核领域国家重大工程需求。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
